User Reviews and Ratings
OneSite Real Page has garnered mixed experiences from its users online with 65.8% positive reviews.
The software has 39 reviews on G2 with 3.9 stars out of 5, 106 on GetApp.com and Capterra with 4.1 out of 5 stars, 11 reviews on SoftwareReveiws.com with 6.7 out of 10 stars, and 1 review on SoftwareConnect with 1 star out of 5.
Most users found it easy to use and love the fact that it can be integrated with third-party software and tools. The user interface of the software is not modern, but it is user-friendly and gets the work done.
As for the cost of the software, it is pretty common for SaaS companies to offer custom pricing. However, with real estate property management being such a diverse market, I believe there should have been a basic flat pricing for the users. It can have basic features like updating property information, pulling out reports, and sending out messages and notifications to the residents. And I believe most users would agree with me on this.
Another highly negative sentiment around the software amongst its users is poor customer service. Although Real Page claims they have an in-house team of experts offering support for both implementation and ongoing optimization, there is often a long waiting time with no resolution.
Competitors in the Market
The market concentration for property management systems is very low with several small, medium, and large players in the market. However, the biggest competition faced by OneSIte RealPage is from Yardi Voyager, On-Site, AppFolio Property Manager, Entrata, and Buildium.
All these have superb customer ratings and excel in customer support, especially after-sales support.
Besides, these real estate property management software offer competitive pricing and are also easy to use, which makes them highly comparable to OneSite from RealPage.
However, it is also noteworthy that, not all of these property management software can easily pair up with third-party apps, which is what OneSite Real Page excels at.
Final Take on OneSite Real Page
OneSite Real Page is a comprehensive property management software solution designed to cater to the needs of medium and large property management teams.
With its robust feature set covering easy integration, financial management, and mobile app, OneSite offers a streamlined approach to managing properties efficiently.
However, the one thing that it terribly lacks is customer support. If it were not for the patchy customer support, OneSite could have been a stellar real estate property management software with practically little to no competition.
I hope RealPage will address this issue as soon as possible and also roll out a simple feature pack for smaller teams.
On the other hand, I think OneSite is a great product for medium and large teams with a substantial portfolio of rental properties including but not limited to apartments, hostels, time-sharing properties, and more.
Ultimately, the decision whether OneSite Real Page is the right software for you depends on your specific needs and budget. By carefully considering the features, pricing, and user reviews, you can make an informed choice that best suits your property management requirements.
